"SOMETHING TO READ"
Anything by John le Carre.
I’m on a bit of a le Carre binge at the moment and loving it. Aside from the great stories, there’s so much to learn from reading a master craftsman like le Carre that transfers to what I write.
"SOMETHING TO DO"
Struggling for ideas for your emails?
Try this one -
A “Day in the life” story email.
It’s super simple.
Tell a short story about a time saving hack you discovered. Doesn’t matter if it only saved you 1 minute or 1 hour.
Now connect the story to how you can help your reader save time if they work with you.
"SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT"
“Less is more and more is more. It’s the middle ground that’s not a good place”
Paul Scher
Wanna be great? Remove the fluff and go all in on what’s left.
"SOMETHING TO WATCH"
Coping mechanisms, we’ve all got them but often they ain’t the healthiest of ways to deal with the shit going on in our lives.
This is a great wee TED talk to have a watch and question whether or not you’re dealing with things the best way possible…turns out mine aren’t ;-)
